Not for emergencies

This site is not for emergencies. In a crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. Both operate around the clock. Our consultation form and our office voicemail are not monitored continuously.

We are an in-network practice and bill commercial insurance. Any general statement here about coverage or cost is not a guarantee. What your plan covers, and what you will owe, depends on your plan and your benefits, which we verify with you before treatment begins.
