Getting Started
Either click the Schedule Now button at the top of this page, or call our office at (629) 294-4520. Our team will help you find a convenient time that works for you.
Our provider scheduling accounts for emergent visits and intakes. We do not believe in wait lists. You can be seen within days.
We will send you paperwork to complete before your first appointment, including:
- Your medical and psychiatric history
- Insurance information
- Demographic information
- Standardized scales to objectively track your progress
If you cannot access these forms online, we can mail them to you, or you can fill them out when you arrive. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for your first appointment, especially if you weren’t able to complete the documents ahead of time. When you arrive, you will see your provider immediately.
No, you do not need a referral. Just call us to schedule your appointment.
Existing Patients
Please use our patient portal or call our office and leave a voicemail with your provider. Be sure to include your full name, date of birth, and call-back number.
We manage most refills at your appointment, so you don’t need to call us during your day. For controlled substances, please call our office and leave a voicemail with your provider, including your full name, date of birth, and call-back number. You can also use the patient portal.
Allow 2–3 days for processing. Do not wait until the last day of your medication to call for a refill.
No fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows inside 24 hours incur a $150 cancellation fee.
If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You may also leave a voicemail with your provider, on the patient portal, or with our on-call mailbox, and one of our providers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Yes, our providers treat children and adolescents ages 8 and up. Call our office to learn more about pediatric and adolescent care options.
Based on your insurance policy, you may receive a statement from us for unpaid medical bills. This is typically due to your plan’s deductible, out-of-pocket coverage, copay, or coinsurance.
We recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.

Our offices do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. If you have Medicaid or Medicare and wish to be seen by us, you may do so as a self-pay patient.
No problem. Call our office and talk to one of our staff about our self-pay options. We work with you to make care accessible.
We have standard, accessible pricing for self-pay patients, ranging from $150 to $300. Call our office to confirm pricing for your visit type.

Yes, we offer telehealth. Initial intakes are in person, but follow-up appointments can be conducted virtually. Some patients may be required to be seen in person once a year.
We will do our best to accommodate you. However, we do require in-person intake appointments. Once your initial visit is complete, follow-up appointments can be conducted virtually.
We are psychiatric providers and treat patients with a full range of psychiatric conditions. Call our office and speak to a member of our team if you have specific questions about your condition.
Treatment & Services
We offer both therapy and medication management, depending on your needs. If you already have a therapist, we collaborate with them to ensure coordinated care.
Spravato is an FDA-approved, insurance-covered treatment for:
- Patients with depression who have not responded to oral medications
- Patients with depression who have thoughts of suicide
The treatment involves a medication delivered through a nasal spray that you receive in our clinic. Each session takes about 2 hours, and you’ll need to arrange for a ride home afterward. Spravato is a rapid-acting antidepressant and works differently than most oral medications. Many patients experience rapid relief, and we guide you through the entire process.
TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a non-invasive treatment option for depression that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. TMS will be available at our Franklin location by the end of 2026 or early 2027.

For Referring Clinicians
Please call our office to schedule an appointment for your patient, or send a message from our referral form. Our office can also contact your patient and schedule the appointment for them. To learn more about our practice, we can connect you with our Relationship Development Manager.
Yes. We collaborate with all of our referring clinicians as long as the patient has given us permission to do so, with open communication to ensure coordinated, integrated care.
We will see your patient within days. We structure our appointments to accommodate new intakes so people get the care they deserve in a timely fashion. No wait lists.
