healthymindstn.com is operated by Healthy Minds Tennessee, PLLC. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. We may revise these terms, and the version posted here at the time you use the site is the one that governs.

What this site is

This site describes the treatments we offer, the clinicians who deliver them, and how to become a patient. It is an information and contact resource. It is not a place to receive care, and using it does not make you a patient.

No medical advice and no clinician-patient relationship

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and reading it creates no clinician-patient relationship. A relationship begins only when we accept you as a patient and you have an evaluation with one of our clinicians. Do not act on anything you read here, or delay seeking care, based on this site. If you have a medical question, call the office or your own physician.

Not for emergencies

In a crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. Our consultation form and our office voicemail are not monitored continuously. Do not use them to report an emergency.

Communications you send us

When you submit our consultation form or email the office, that message travels over networks we do not control and carries no encryption guarantee. Send us enough to start a conversation. Save your history, your medications, and your diagnosis for the phone call or the visit. What happens to the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Insurance and cost information

We are an in-network practice and bill commercial health insurance for our services. Any statement on this site about coverage, benefits, prior authorization, or out-of-pocket cost is general. What your specific plan covers, and what you will owe, depends on your plan and your benefits. We verify that with you before treatment begins. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of coverage or a quote of price.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the Healthy Minds Tennessee name and marks, and the arrangement of all of it, belongs to Healthy Minds Tennessee, PLLC or to the parties who licensed it to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or marks for any other purpose without our written permission.

We link out to professional societies, research organizations, and device manufacturers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Once you leave healthymindstn.com, that site’s terms and privacy policy govern your visit.

Any patient testimonials on this site appear with written authorization and reflect one person’s experience. Individual results vary, and a testimonial is not a promise of any particular outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
