Nicole is a certified medical assistant and has been working in healthcare for over 7 years, first in pediatrics and then in psychiatry. She started to dive into interventional psychiatry early in her career when she saw the impact interventional treatments have on patients. She manages prior authorizations and refill requests, runs the Franklin office administration, and is by your side during Spravato so you are not alone. Nicole also loves spending time with her two nieces and her dogs.

Mackenzie Busch

Mackenzie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University and brings years of experience in office administration, combining strong organizational skills with a deep commitment to service. With a genuine passion for helping others, she supports daily operations, coordinates front office activities, and helps create a welcoming, efficient environment for patients and providers. Originally from Florida, she relocated to Tennessee in 2019. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, and enjoying the outdoors and live music.

Dara Russell

Marketing & Business Development

Dara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with ten years of clinical experience and a deep passion for mental health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University, seamlessly blending her therapeutic background with strategic communication skills. Today, she leverages her decade of hands-on experience to drive growth, community outreach, and strategic partnerships in a marketing and business development capacity for Healthy Minds Tennessee.

Dr. Farooqui is a board certified psychiatrist and a national authority in interventional psychiatry and psychopharmacology. He is involved in research, leadership, and healthcare consulting for various companies and organizations across the country.
